The story begins with the last scene of the previous film, "A promised place I wish to see you there."
Tina has come from a world 10,000 years ago to the present time using the power of Sidi to help the people living in the current era where the separation is severe. However, the divided consciousness of the present world was unexpectedly intense, and Tina's half-spirit, the half-material body, could not last much longer.
To save the world, Tina and Takeru decide to create the plasma device once again and use Tina's Sidi and the power of plasma to change people's consciousness.

2022年、人類は未だ、この世界を現実、物質、分離世界ととらえていた…。
物語は、前作「君と逢える約束の場所」のラストシーンから始まる。分離の激しい現代に生きる人々を助けるために、一万年前の世界から、シディの力を使って現代にやってきたティナ。しかし、現代の世界の分かたれの意識は思いのほか激しく、ティナの半霊半物質の身体はもう長く持たなかった。
ティナとたけるは、世界を救うために、もう一度プラズマ装置を創り、ティナのシディとプラズマの力で、人々の意識を変えることを決意する…。
